Race Report - Giant 2W 10/04/21
6 months later than initially planned, race 1 of the 2W enduro series went ahead on the 10th of April. James O, Will, and Joe made the trip north for a big weekend of racing.
With 8 stages of racing within the Whakarewarewa Forest, it was going to be a big day out on the bike. Rain earlier in the week meant that trail conditions were perfect and made for a great day of racing.
After over 1500m of climbing and 5 plus hours on the bike, the boys were knackered after a big race day. Congrats to Will for taking out 11th overall on the day with Joe and James O following up in 18th and 20th respectively in their categories.
