Service

iRIDE manages bookings, workflow and can communicate in a far more efficient way with the use of the software platform we use. Receive notifications on your booking confirmation, job completion or changes / queries to an existing job, make changes quickly and efficiently without the need for phone calls. You can even book and keep track of your service history, directly using the app (link below).

You can choose a specific service type from our menu options, select the day that suits you. Drop your bike in the day of, or before and we will notify you once your bike is ready to collect. Easy, no more phone calls wondering when your bike has been finished! Check out the service options below. (Parts not included)

24 HOUR TURNAROUND (NEW)

Yes! We've got you covered for those emergencies and quick-fixes.

The intent of the 24 hour service turn-around is to help you with those ‘quick fixes’. The ones that will keep you going till you can book the longer service your bike might really need, when a workshop might otherwise be booked out 1, 2 even 3 weeks at certain times of the year. It costs $125, and can cover a range of smaller services that take up to 60 minutes, with any parts required already onsite.  Book the 24 hour service turn-around under ' Set Services' on our menu, and write down what you think your bike requires in the comments box at the bottom of the menu.
