CAN I PICK UP MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER FROM iRIDE?
Yes, but please note that some stock needs to be sent to us from a distributor warehouse and can take 2-3 days to arrive. We will let you know when your order is ready to be collected.
HOW DOES CLICK & COLLECT WORK?
- At checkout, you have the option to choose your delivery method in the shipping area, selected 'Click And Collect'.
- In the 'Ship to' area you will need to leave an address, otherwise the checkout won't be processed. You can leave any address here you like, it will not affect in-store pick up.
CAN SOMEBODY ELSE PICK UP MY ORDER?
Once you are in the ‘Billing & Delivery’ section, you will have the option to nominate a person to collect this order if you cannot. For security purposes, collection requires appropriate ID from either;
- The person who placed the order
- The nominated collector
HOW MUCH DOES CLICK & COLLECT COST?
Click & Collect is free on all orders over $150, and $5 for anything under.
WHAT ARE THE COLLECTION TIMES FOR CLICK & COLLECT?
3-5 business days. Please note, some cases may take longer depending on distributor location.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I DON'T COLLECT MY ORDER?
If you cannot collect your order within 7 days of it arriving at iRIDE, please contact us on 4 471 1299 or here. Should you fail to collect your order after 14 days of it arriving at iRIDE the order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed back onto the card that was used to place the original order.
