With the COVID level moving from 4 to 3 in Wellington, we have resumed shipping items.
iRIDE At Level 3:
iRIDE in Level 3 will be operating contactless services only. This includes Click & Collect orders as well as contactless pick-ups and drop-offs in our service centres.
- If you're unwell please stay away.
- Please wear a mask when collecting orders or dropping off items.
- iRIDE is doing contact tracing, be ready to give us your details.
- We'll be taking extra care in sanitizing bikes before collection.
FAQs
What can I buy online at iRIDE during Level 3?
During level 3 you can shop online as you would during normal times. We already begin dispatching orders again.
Can I still Click & Collect?
You can collect any orders placed before or during level 4. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.
Is iRIDE service center open?
iRIDE service center is open now for servicing, maintenance and repairs. During level 3, drop-offs and collections will be contact-less only. Book your bike in for a service here.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.
Can I return my purchase back to the store?
Yes. You can return items to iRIDE during level 2 but not during level 3. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
