COVID-19 Update - Level 4

Delivery Update:

Due to the recent COVID-19 restrictions across New Zealand, we are NOT shipping any items till the country moves to level 3 or below.

iRIDE At Level 4:

Our shop is closed. And will not re-open until the country moves to level 3 or below.

  • Orders can still be placed online, but will not be sent until Government restrictions allow iRIDE to do so.
  • Service center is closed. You can book a service online, but bikes will not be accepted into our care until the alert level drops

FAQs

What can I buy online at iRIDE during Level 4?

During level 4 you can continue to shop online as you would during normal times. However, delivery times will be delayed. When Level 4 lifts we will begin dispatching orders again.

Can I still Click & Collect?

During Level 4 iRIDE is closed so you are unable to collect orders. However, when alert levels drop to level 3, you will be able to collect any orders placed before or during level 4. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to be collected.

Is iRIDE service center open?

No. During level 4, iRIDE service center will be closed for servicing, maintenance and repairs. During level 3, drop-offs and collections will be contact-less only. Book your bike in for a service here.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you will be able to cancel your online order and request a refund. Please note, if your order is in transit with a courier or delivery company, you will need to wait until it has been delivered then you can follow the normal returns process here.

Can I return my purchase back to the store?

Yes. You can return items to iRIDE during level 2 but not during level 3. Please bring a proof of purchase with you and ensure the product is in new condition with original packaging in tact.
