Focus Atlas 6.9 Gravel Bike

The Focus Atlas 6.9 is built for riders who want one bike to do it all — from smooth road spins to rough gravel adventures and everything in between. With a durable alloy frame, premium Shimano GRX drivetrain, and wide, confidence-inspiring tyres, this is a gravel bike that feels just as good on your daily ride as it does heading off the beaten path.

The 6061 aluminium frame delivers a strong and reliable platform, perfect for riders chasing versatility and durability without sacrificing performance. Paired with a carbon fork, the Atlas 6.9 does a great job of soaking up vibrations from rough surfaces, helping you stay comfortable on longer rides or unpredictable terrain.

Shifting is taken care of by Shimano’s gravel-specific GRX groupset, combining GRX 820 derailleurs with GRX 610 shifters and crankset. The 2x12 setup, with a 46/30T crank and 11-36T cassette, gives you a wide gear range that’s ideal for steep climbs, fast flats, and everything in between. It’s smooth, precise, and built to handle the demands of gravel riding.

Rolling on Rodi Blackjack rims with Alexrims hubs, the Atlas 6.9 is fitted with Schwalbe G One Bite tubeless-ready tyres in a generous 45mm width. This setup provides excellent grip and control on loose surfaces while still rolling efficiently on sealed roads. Whether you’re tackling gravel tracks or mixed terrain, you’ll feel planted and confident.

Focus has also integrated its C I S 2.0 cockpit system, keeping cables neatly routed for a clean look and improved aerodynamics. The integrated mount for Garmin and Wahoo devices keeps your setup tidy and practical, especially for longer rides or navigation-heavy adventures.

Comfort hasn’t been overlooked, with a carbon seatpost helping to reduce road buzz, and a well-designed gravel handlebar offering control and stability across varied terrain. Shimano GRX hydraulic disc brakes deliver strong, reliable stopping power in all conditions, giving you confidence when the terrain gets technical or the weather turns.

Weighing in at just over 10kg, the Focus Atlas 6.9 strikes a great balance between durability and performance. With a 135kg system weight rating, it’s also a solid option for bikepacking or carrying extra gear on longer adventures.
