Stay fit and strong through winter while staying out of the weather and cold.  60 minute spin classes are being held every Tuesday at 5.45pm through June, July and August at iRIDE. The spin sessions are fun and social, while also building strength and endurance, ensuring you come into summer fit, strong and ripping the legs off your riding buddys (or just getting more out of your cycling).
