We are looking for additional staff to join the team in the positions below. Some full, some part time to assist through the period September 2016 - March 2017 during our peak season.

*3+ years retail and/or service experience
*Extensive knowledge of Specialized bicycles and competing products
*Intermediate bicycle mechanic  competency
*Fork and shock experience
*bicycle-loving personality to compliment the team
*Ability to manage workload
*Positive attitude is key

*Intermediate/advanced bicycle fitting experience
*Min two years experience in a full time role and 50+ bike fits.
*Must enjoy working with riders and have a great bedside manner!
*Proactive management of existing database and seek out new opportunities.

*High competency around cycle products and accessories.
*Must enjoy working with customers, riding bikes and share the passion to 'get people stoked on cycling'.
*bring a positive attitude that is enjoyable for colleagues to be around.

*Part time 20-30 hrs p/w
*Stock entry, price stickering, and merchandising, storage are key tasks.
*Cycle product knowledge preferable but not necessarily a pre-requisite.

*Responsible for day to day operations.
*Ensure Workshop, Retail, Bike Fit and Cafe Teams all working cohesively and efficiently.
*Staff training and performance reviews
*Customer Care and Account Management
*Operationalise Marketing and Business Growth Plans.
*Positive attitude is key

*Full and part times roles available
*1+ years experience as a barista
*Cleaning is a major part of all roles.
*Must excel in customer interactions as we have a great regular customer base.
*Weekday and weekend work req.
*Positive attitude is key
